Hotel Bali An Resort Shinsaibashi Near Dotonbori

There were tons of amenities available in the lobby. The location was GREAT, we walked most everywhere we needed to go in Osaka, and if we couldn't walk there was a subway within a 4 minute walk.

The location is excellent and there are so many great extras like the free drinks incl alcohol, milk tea with tapioca, curry, icecream, massage machines. The jet bath is great for relaxing after a long day walking, especially with a range of bath salts to choose from. I also liked having a hair straightener as well as a dryer. The bed was super comfy and the rooms are soundproofed. There are lots of staff to help out with any questions.

We hesitated to book this hotel as it seemed a bit odd and tropical themed. However, we LOVED it. The location is fantastic. It is in the very cool and vintage shopping area of America Mura, a few minutes to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi Suji. Everything is right there. However, you won’t want to leave the brilliant lobby. The open bar, popcorn machine, ice cream freezer, curry and dozens of baskets of toiletry samples was insane. Then there was the karaoke room and massage chairs………..

Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Close to Osaka Namba Station and Namba Station. So you can Easily ride on the main Osaka subway/train lines for Osaka travel. Great location to see around Dotonbori-Shinsai-Bashi. Almost everything you need for a stay are in the room. I thought, 'Wow, there's even this.' The room structure was also very convenient (although it was awkward that the step difference was a little high in the room), and many amenities were placed in the lobby, making it easy to use as much as you need. There are free self-snekbar and drinkbar in the lobby. Room cleaning is charged, but basic things such as replenishing amenities and replacing towels are free of charge.

loved everything about this hotel from the amenities and the complimentary food and drinks in the lobby to the staff attention to detail . the rooms at this place are huge comparing the location.perfevg for couples and if you want to relax. will definitely recommend this hotel and will be coming back. other Bali An locations are similar but this one stood out.
